October 2020With the prompt of “Light” Camera Obscura is a box that is everything but light. It is a box constructed of 16 ga sheet metal held together by nuts and bolts, that is heavy and creates an interior space completely devoid of light. That is all the light except for a beam that comes from a singular hole drilled on the front, that beam is focused by a lense in the interior which then projects an image onto the back, which can only be seen if one is climbs inside the structure.
